My appt with my therapist was kind of life changing.  I guess that’s the point, right?  It was one of those that reframed & changed my perspectives on several major things.  It really is helping. 

It’s not painless, that’s for sure.  But, I’m extremely happy that I decided to give this process a chance.  I have faith that I can release so many negative thought patterns & ideas about myself that have accumulated over the course of a lifetime.  It’s nice to deal with this.

Boogie loves dramatic eating.  He tells us how each meal is “the best food that we have ever cooked” & that we did a really good job.  Chicken fajitas for life!

Gardening with Boogie & Squeaks.  They’re really pulling their weight in the garden these days!

It’s been a good morning for fedoras & down dogs.

Mr. Independent ~  He doesn’t like how we’re always telling him stuff.  He already knows everything.

We finished up the day with a trip to the waterfront.  There’s the ferry that goes to Victoria, BC!

I got this strawberry pot about 5 years ago.  I love it so much.  I’ve never successfully grown strawberries in it.  Can someone remind me to water it?

When Squeaks gets really happy, she just lays down & smiles for a while.  Soaking it all in :)

Sorry if this gives anyone nightmares, but…

These caterpillar nests are everywhere this year.  When I first saw them, I thought that people had done a poor job or removing their Halloween spider web decorations.  Then, I realized they were everywhere & did some further inspection. 

Apparently they go crazy when the winter isn’t cold enough.  They’re hatching now & about to eat up all of our gardens.  My neighbor & I have discussed burning all the trees down….

Jamiriqaui —Virtual Insanity

My 20 min Insanity DVD arrived today.  I gave it a quick look a few minutes ago & got my workout clothes laid out for as soon as the kiddos get in the tub.  Then I realized that will be right after supper — with a full stomach.  Bad Idea. 

SO, I’m doing that thing NOW!  I’m excited :D

Edit:  The kids did it with me, which was pretty funny.  Squeaks was jogging in place the whole time & Boogie was cheering me on.  I did the whole thing & didn’t even puke!  I didn’t do some of the full jumping moves because I don’t want to mess up my feet the first time.  But, I am super sweaty & now I bet I’ll eat less at supper.
